2ply Shetland Fingering
Alpaca fleece makes one of the most luxurious fibres known to man. Vicuna being the very best, a relative of the Alpaca. It is warm, breathable, strong yet light and soft.
At AzSu Alpacas we grade and sort each of our fleeces in their respective colours. Alpacas come in 22 natural solid colours, so the necessity to dye is minimal. Some of the fleeces we even blend to produce a unique natural shade of its own. In small amount we also use plant dyes to produce additional complimentary colours of yarn for use in embellishing our garments, crafts and creations.
We currentlly have two grades of alpaca yarn available to buy, these are:
